From 29 to 30 March Borin® will participate in CibusConnect in Parma, in the light version with the specific focus on fresh fruit and vegetables, product and process innovation, food integration and the ingredients and bases of the Gelato&Pastry segment.
Inside there are a series of conferences, talks and workshops with the aim of raising awareness among companies on the valorisation of “Made in Italy” abroad, on sustainability and how to reduce the environmental impact of production processes and on today’s market and future trends.
