Caseificio Cavola 993, has been producing Parmigiano Reggiano since 1929 in a small village in the mountains of Reggio Emilia surrounded by an uncontaminated paradise of fodder meadows; thanks to the latter, grown using only fertilizer deriving from company manure and without the use of pesticides, it gives life to a very high quality healthy cheese.
